The window stays open, but when I hover over it my cursor turns into the "Loading" cursor, and I can't close out of the window.

For reasons unknown to humanity Microsoft has changed that link to the Settings app but what makes things difficult is that Settings app still does not have all the features of Network and Sharing Center. It will not load/freeze/blank screen. Im not able to change network setting and I cannot connect to wifi. Devices manager looks ok. Everythings work fine when rollback to older build. Tried to update several times, same problem each time. Tips
