I hope someone can help. I am trying to download Netflix on my Xbox 360 but keep getting You need an Xbox Live account to continue. According to the Microsoft site I have a basic Xbox Live account and it is active. Any ideas why I Every time I try to watch a movie, it'll just give me a black screen and I have to reset my Xbox or else it's just stuck.
